Billie lost a round of the Messy Hot Potato game in UMD's WAM Games group and was getting ready to carry out his forfeit when Chloe walked in. As Chloe had spent time making the cake Billie was about to ruin, she felt it best to help out and ensure Billie got more than he bargained for. His underwear gets filled with the cake, and then Billie puts on a one-piece swimsuit that Chloe fills with custard, before pouring cake batter into his boots. Once Billie is all messy, he has to get fully-dressed. Chloe, satisfied that he's fulfilled the rules of the forfeit, leaves Billie alone who doesn't want to let the mess go to waste.
